A 5 bed, 2 bath terraced House located within a quiet Cul-de-Sac in London’s Regent's Park, needed a complete decorative refurbishment for use as a rental investment property.

The makeover of this dated 80’s-built property was driven by Interholc’s design team who worked hard to inject warmth and character into the house. The project included a full update of all the electrical & lighting sockets and switches throughout. The replacement of all bathroom wall & floor tiles, fixtures & fittings, creating superb walk-in wet-room style showers. The ground floor flooring was updated with a new plank Walnut floor and all new carpets were supplied and installed throughout the rest of the property.

Finally, a completely new designed & fitted Shaker style kitchen with Guidoni quartz work surfaces were supplied & installed to complete the look.
