Interholc was appointed as the principal contractor to build 32 apartments and 8 commercial units. The duration of the works were set at 54 weeks and we finished two weeks prior.

The land initially comprised of 4 semi-detached houses which were subsequently demolished to make way for the new build. The property stands on a piling foundation to spread the structural loads across the weak ground. The apartments to be built comprised of 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 1 kitchen. Each property has a private parking space allocated to them  located to the rear of the building.
