Comprising of 4 originally unused storage spaces within the basement level at Ivor Court, a total transformation of the internal and exterior areas was required to create a unique studio apartment and new serviced office space.

The project required the digging out of the courtyard to form a new front entrance for the apartment, the installation of a floor to ceiling tanking system and sump pump, in addition to the installation of 3 large walk-over skylights.

Apart from the structural and decorative building works, Interholc was also tasked with the complete interior design of the planned spaces, where we planned and manufactured most of the cabinetry through our supplier network for both the apartment and office area.
