This 80's built 5 bed, 4 bath, 3000 sq. ft property underwent extensive works to create a substantial 6 bed, 6 bath, 5000 sq. ft family home in Highgate London.

The project required a two-storey extension featuring a cantilevered 1st floor bedroom with balcony, a complete reconfiguration of all the existing interior spaces on the ground and 1st floor, a roof extension with a structural glass box feature forming the staircase structure and providing access to new roof terrace and storage areas. In addition, K render finish to all the original red brickwork.
