Westbourne Terrace

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath duplex located within a grade I listed period block in Bayswater's premier street required extensive modernization.

A damp proof treatment was undertaken in the basement areas prior to full decorative works being undertaken. The removal of the plasterboard stud walls forming the kitchen area provided an open-plan layout to bring a modern feel to the space and making the most of its large living space.

A complete update of the plumbing & central heating system and radiators was provided as well as a complete overhaul of the electrical & lighting fixtures & fittings. Interholc then installed all new bathroom tiles, sanitary ware & taps.

The project was then fully decorated floor to ceiling and we employed our design team to create custom designed wardrobes for the master bedroom.
